Terrible Experience

Took me months to get a £300 deposit back for a car I'd purchased 'off-premises' and which had a couple of minor faults when it was delivered to me. They didn't even offer to repair the faults, ignored all of my correspondence requesting return of my deposit and only when court proceedings were initiated [even then at totally the last minute] was my money refunded to me. Some lucky people seem to have had a good experience with this outfit. Not me however! Would never use again.
