Customer Service was very poor.

First time I contacted Crayon Car Company with chat service on their website and auto trader on 09 October and I didn't receive any call back. I did ring on the company phone number on 10 Oct 2021 and spoke about the car I was interested. The staff who picked up my ring had zero customer service skills. He even was not interested about my call and didn't asked as he should be asking customer. Anyway, I explained about the vehicle I am interested and he said car has been sold out. However, ad for car was still on websites as on sale. I asked him it would be good if company can update so, as a buyer we won't waste time or, would be easier to look on other vehicles. He didn't spoke nicely. Later, he made a call again and said he canceled to other buyer and now available for me if I am interested and asked me details about payment method. I was surprised that he could cancel and offer me. Despite long journey from my home I mentioned I can visit department to see car on 14 Oct 2021. However, day before I made a call and spoke to him about timing I will arrive. He said I should text him before I leave. I was happy but, unfortunately in morning of 14 Oct I caught cold with runny nose. So, I made a call and mentioned him I won't be able to visit him and apologise. He wasn't happy and it wasn't my fault too. I mentioned about I am very happy to reserve the car if there are any means to do. He spoke to me as I was trying to bother him and made me feel that I am waisting his time as he mentioned that other people are on interest list too. Anyway, I explained him that I am happy to reserve the car and will travel a week after on Saturday (23 Oct) with my brother-in-law to inspect as well as buy. He mentioned I need to pay £100 to reserve and asked me to text my email address. I did text him on 14th Oct at 09:39am but, there was no any reserve link as email. I did send second text at 15:17 and a telephone call at 15:43 same day as reminder. He said he will sort it out. However, I didn't receive any link at all. I did check all my inbox and junk folder. I did receive nothing at all. I thought may be he must be busy or, may be he didn't send as he knew I will be visiting Saturday as I was serious about buying. I receive a miss call on 21 Oct at 13:50 and I did ring back and mention about the call. He mentioned he will ring me once he gets into his office and asked me what vehicle I was looking for. I was a bit confused as why he would ask me about vehicle details as he already knew about it. Later, there was no any phone call to me. I left a text message mentioning that he didn't ring me at 22:18. No reply until next morning of 22 Oct. Anyway, I made a call on 13:42 and spoke about vehicle. He said he is outside office and will ring me once he get back but, as previous he didn't ring me until 16:32. I made a recall and he said again he is out of office and will ring me later. Guess what?! No call at all. I sent another sms at 18:11 thinking I need answer about car availability as traveling day was approaching. I even spoke with another staff using company website chat service. Later, I receive a phone call at 19:21 and he said that car has been sold out as I didn't reserve the car. When I mentioned that I didn't receive a link and sent several sms then he said he have proof that he sent me an email. Obviously, he made me that's my fault and I am not listening him. When I didn't receive a link and after sending sms to him, no any reply to my sms as well as he didn't bother to ring me before selling a car... how an earth I can reserve a car. He clearly knew I was serious and mentioned him 23rd Oct I would have visited to get a car but, he didn't bothered at all to confirm incase I didn't receive a link or, warn me that he needs to sell a car to other. Mentioning to call back and not calling back, not being transparent about his motive, not speaking politely to customer... what kind of customer service is this....Company website mentions they will do anything to make customer comfortable and makes buying process smooth. Here, I feel like the way he treated me is personal or, discrimination. If he wouldn't want to sell then he could have transparent but, service was very poor. I feel betrayed, time wasted and I lost trust on the company. I don't know how other think but, I had this bitter experience. Hopefully, this bitter experience comment will help company to employ staffs in a better way so, they can deal in a better way with customer. From beginning he wasn't nice at all and at end he mentioned me that I was not listening him. So, I feel he actually wanted to waste my time. So, other buyers please make sure that your time won't be wasted when you deal about buying car. I don't know about other staff but, he was only picking up the call as there were no other staff. I hope this review will help everyone and remind some individual staff's bad behaviour towards customer.
