Where to start……… ok sir we will have your car ready on such and such a date. We will service it, touch up the 5-6 noticeable scratches on it, valet it, put a new cam belt in, fix the spring loaded petrol lid, mot it and sort the hum noise out. Ok, will it be ready for this date then as I’ll be driving down 160miles to pick it up and missing out on a highly profitable business opportunity? Yes, it will(Rishi) Fast forward to pick up day and 1 1/2 hours before pickup(takes 3hours to get there) I get a missed call and message to say my bought car won’t be ready. I call back and ask what’s going on. They say they had the wrong part delivered and only just realised!!! (Knowing that I was driving 3hours to pick the car up) I told the guy I wasn’t happy. I asked how long and he said 2 hours delay. I went 3.5hours later only to find my car was still on the ramp. 1hr 45min later I got to see the car finished. There was No Valet! White car that was touched up with what looks like TIPEX by a 9yr old. Rear Parcel shelf half hanging on. Rear water jet for the wiper not working. Rishi says hey heres £20to get a valet as we didn’t do it. And this is how I was left to leave the car lot at 17:55 to get all way back to Greater Manchester. 2days later, engine light comes on and I tell Rishi. He says bring it back down and they’ll sort it. I get back down there and ask what they’re gonna do. I get told by Jason, they’re sending it to a specialist and they’ll only need it for a few days. I told them to keep it for a full week, that way we know they can have the right time to sort it. They give me a courtesy car that is not to the standard of the car I bought but I say nothing and just be patient. I get a tiny Citroen city car and they repair my 2015 Audi A3. I ask for update as they voluntarily give none. So I take it upon myself to call daily to find out what’s happening. The info from Jason I get is always vague. It gets to the weekend(2 days before pickup) and he (Jason) tells me it’s been fixed and come back. I say is it ok to pick it up and jason says yes. I shoot down in excitement to pick up my car. I get there and still no valet. Shelf is fixed but looks like they’ve used wood glue and resin to stick some make shift plastic onto it (not an original or actual part for it) Rear wiper jet is not fixed still. So I just ordered it myself! I get asked by Rishi if I want to take out the extra warranty. I say yes, go through to the office and sign up and pay as one of the employees tells me it’s helpful to have as things like the particulate filter are covered. (I never put 2 an 2 together) I take my car on the motorway. 40 mins into the journey a loud beep sounds and the particulate filter message comes on. NOW AINT IT A GOOD JOB I WAS ASKED ABOUT TAKING THE EXTRA COVER ……. Or was it?! I emailed Rishi over the weakened to receive a message that reads like “ What a nightmare, do you want to speak to Warrantywise and see if you if a garage near you could look and fix the issue?” And that’s it in its entirety! I give it a few days and collect my thoughts then call to speak to Jason. He asks me the same thing. To be honest at this stage they should be sending someone to pick the car up and take it to be sorted but they are not! He’s expecting me to drive it back down to HAVE MY TIME WASTED …….. I finally loose my temper after 2 1/2 weeks of FARTING about. Jason says he won’t be spoken to like that and indicates that I rushed him to give me the car(forgetting it was he who told me the car was done) And to bring the car back to get a refund. I say fine, I shal do that and I shal also TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THE S”&T cars and S”&T after sales service you provide! And with that I hung up
