The customer service could have been better on this occasion, there was some body work that needed doing to the car which to their credit they agreed to do but the sale was delayed as a result, I didn't mind the delay but on the agreed day of pick up I called to make sure it was ready and it wasn't, i'd of appreciated a call from them as if I hadn't called I would have wasted a journey down to the dealership. The car itself I'm very happy with.
