Brutal service do not use

Took 3 weeks to get a booking to change break pads dropped car off received a call at 4.45 to say they didn't have time to do it that day. When I picked it up without new pads I found it had done around 60 miles while in their possession. So 35 pounds down in taxi fares and less fuel with no brakes. Thanks dalkeith Ford centre.
