Wow! Excellent service!

My husband had been looking around for an electric car to his liking till we found one on display at Costco, Watford, Herts. Our search led us to Roy Tolley in Colchester. The minute we walked into the showroom, we were greeted and welcomed by Darren who in turn, introduced us to Matthew Head, the Sales Executive. We were meant to be just looking! Without any hassle, we were offered a test drive, entirely on our own for as long as we needed. It was tremendous! Following a very detailed chat on our requirements and a possible part exchange on our current vehicle, we knew at once that we could fully trust the two Executives, in particular Matthew who undertook looking into every detail with us. Without any hesitation, we accepted the offer and ordered an MG Z5 EV Exclusive. What I found truly amazing was that the collection of the car was delayed for over a fortnight to fit in with our pre-booked holiday, giving us the opportunity to take our holiday in our 'old' car with which we were very familiar. We have now collected the car and are set to begin a new learning curve because of the vast difference! I am tempted to have an hour's tuition session with Matthew so I can understand what my husband is referring to when in the driver's seat! We have been totally impressed with the entire showroom. It is bright, clean and beautifully furnished. It has been a pleasure to be introduced to the Service Reception area too. Many thanks.
