Kerbed my front wheel

On 4/10 /21 Booked my Audi S3 21reg into leeds Audi to have some softwear on the car updated on getting car home notice my front wheel had been kerbed phoned audi leeds up and spoke to a lady on the phone but after speaking to her she bascally said i carnt prove it had happend at audi as there is no checking car in process and checking car out on collection then i was told manager would be in touch still no call after 2 weeks customer service at leeds is a total joke not pleased at all
