absolute disgrace

Gave this dealer a second chance. What a mistake. Was told with my PCP deal that I would get 2 years free servicing on my Polo. First year it got serviced no problem but when it came to the second service they said no. After arguing the fact they agreed to do the 2nd service for free but made it feel like they were doing us a favour. We then bought a Golf with the promise of 3 years free servicing and guess what?....The first year again no problem but when we booked the car in for it's second service we were told no. We would have to pay for it. £50000 in cars bought and they don't do what they offer when buying the car. Mis-selling I think. My best advice if you want a VW then do not buy from this garage.
