Great Company unless you have an issue

Purchased a great car, but... When i collected the car a low tire pressure light was on, this was reset rather than checked and now I'm told the slow puncture i have isn't related and won't be replaced. The DAB radio doesn't work, but i have been told that i had every opportunity to inspect the car which was set on FM which has no issues. The car also stinks of smoke, but due to being collected in the car with the windows open, i didnt smell this until the next day.
