Started well
Bought a van in late August, seemed fine but in the last couple of weeks lots of faults have occurred including loss of power which is frightening when my four year old daughter is in the van! Spoke to Wayne who agreed to take the van to be fixed so I drove it down on Tuesday as he said it was booked in at a garage they use for first thing Wednesday morning. I've phoned today to check on the progress and Wayne told me he had no idea how long it would take. In none of our conversations has he uttered one word of apology for the inconvenience and detrimental effect on my business or my loss of earnings. Safe to say I've already spoken to my solicitor .
