Good service but..

I bought a Golf recently which was advertised as having two keys. When purchasing the car I was told that the spare was being sourced from the main dealer and would be forwarded on. A month later I emailed to enquire about the spare key and got no reply. Six months later no spare key or contact. Disappointing.
