Great car, poor customer relations

Found the car we were looking for. In great condition, a little pricey but with only two owners and full service history I decided to go for it. It is in truly remarkable condition for a 14 year old vehicle. Two things detracted from a five star purchase experience: 1. After paying a deposit and going back the following day to collect the car, just as I was about to pay the balance I asked if it had two keys. A fumbling around the desk and the answer was 'Er no, it only has one'. Maybe I should have asked before, but I felt mugged over as a new locking fob key from Renault is £170. I think a reputable dealer would have made this shortcoming clear upfront. 2. As I made the purchase a big thing was made of the fact that the DVLA were currently slow to process V5's and it could take up to six weeks to get it back. Strange that we purchased another car two days later (from a different dealer) and that V5 was returned by DVLA in just 5 days, We then put that car on a private plate and got the new V5 back in another 5 days. The V5 from the Kingslake vehicle came back from DVLA yesterday, after 5.5 weeks. I'm pretty sure they keep all the sold car V5's until the end of the month and send them off together, and not the 'end of the week' like I was informed when I queried this. So in summary - very happy with the car, but would I return.... no.
