I bought a car recently from pro cars as my car had broke down. Unfortunately the car was not ready to drive away as it needed a service and had a short MOT but Nikki allowed me to drive it away over the weekend and booked it in first thing Monday morning. I was given a courtesy car and the car went through it’s MOT and pro cars kindly changed the brakes as they were advised and serviced it for me. When Nikki told me it was ready to collect she told me no rush, just return the loan car when I was ready. I was very happy to know I didn’t have to give the car back in a rush. My little fiesta has been going strong for two months now and I am very happy with the customer service. Best customer service I’ve had in a. Long time.
