One of the good guys

I wanted to leave Mark a review as I thought his service was exceptional. This was for my mother who is a pensioner. No hard sell and open about all aspects of the car. On leaving the plot after buying the car was making a rattling sound which wasn't present on the test drive. Mark took the car back with no fuss and fixed it (slight welding issue on the exhaust bracket). As they say you can only really judge good services on their ability when things go wrong and Mark showed why his is one of the best.
