After 73 days, many many frustrating emails and telephone conversations consisting of differing stories and blagging, and a total bill of over £17000 (partly covered by warranty), our car is back but with heavily dented rear seats which they have of course denied responsibility for. Love the car do NOT love the service we have received from Dick Lovett Porsche Bristol. For your own sanity – go elsewhere!
