Nice car, shame about the aftercare

Travelled 60 miles for an MX5 which was the exact spec we wanted. Car was as described but I was a little irritated by the owner making a test drive conditional on a commitment to buy the car. I gave some flannel and got the test drive but it’s the kind of behaviour consistent with a pretty low rent operation. Car was bought subject to some replacement bodywork trim which was corroded. Said replacement has never arrived, despite many chase messages. In summary, a good car but a service experience I wouldn’t rush back for.
