I was contacted by macklin advising they had offers on some ford and would I be interested in purchasing What I did not realise was they were changing franchise and were looking to get rid of stock When picked up car was salesman advised you have a ford already so you know more about the car than me and showed none of the features Paid for diamond brite protection found this had not been applied but charged Was told finance was paid then chased by ford credit for final payment . Garage admitted error advised they would arrange to get car treated and offered service to compensate for not dealing with finance properly Nearly 3 months later and still not resolved been a customer at macklin for nearly 13 years and will not use this branch again Terrible and very unprofessional avoid at all cost . If there is an issue they have no interest in resolving even when they offer to resolve.
