Shocking customer service

There is a a guy behind the counter at servicing that thinks he owns the place. Would come out the office until a second past his official start time of 8.30, actually sat there and waited whilst he was looking at his watch to start his shift. Mechanic Couldn’t diagnose the problem with my car, said the mechanic couldn’t hear any noise either, he then said you’ll have to go out with the mechanic on the road, then made me sit to one side whilst he chatted to another customer. Then Called me back over and decided that due to covid customers can’t take mechanics out on the road and smiled behind a covid screen, I said “I have one of these screens in my car beautiful im a taxi driver” said sorry cant do it. And it was then I stopped being pleasant to someone was just purposely trying to be unhelpful for no reason whatsoever except he obviously thinks he’s better than everyone else. To the black guy who works behind the counter, just remember, you only work in a shop mate! That’s the best you’ll ever do with your life and it’s the only time you’ll get to wear a suit with an attitude like yours. First time in my own city have I ever met a fellow scousers that has treated me with such disrespect that I felt the need to go review the poor service online.
