Mercedes Benz really have gone down in service over the years, not only the employees are incompetent, they literally don’t give a shit about you once they’ve made a sale, head office is also just as ridiculous. Their making more and more cars with manufacturing faults. They found a common manufacturers fault with my car and refused to change the £30 component, instead they were quoting 20x the price to fix it. Literally buy your cars elsewhere or second hand it isn’t worth the hassle this dealership causes.
