MY REVIEW OF CDA CAR SALES DONCASTER

I purchased a bmw 320i coupe from Mike on the 29th August 2021 he was very pleasant when I made the purchase and said he didn't give warranties but if anything went wrong he would fix it, I drove the car home 24 when the engine light came on, I contacted Mike who said he would get it fixed which he did, he dropped the car off while I was away on holiday, I drove the car 13 miles when the engine light came back on !!, I contacted Mike again who said drive it until I could drop it off but a few days later the car engine light started flashing and was running on 3 cylinders he collected the on a low loader, had it fixed I collected the car drove it 27 miles when the engine light came on a 3rd time !!! I contacted Mike and said I would like my money back as the car was not reliable, he said if its the same fault he would not spend anymore money on it and I would have to just get the engine light cleared !! I was not happy at his attitude and what he was telling me to do so I contacted citizens advise and states due to the consumer act 2015 I only need to let him fix the car once then he would have to refund my money. I eventually got a refund but from the nice Mike I met when purchasing the car he became a very arrogant man, moaning at how much he had lost on the car I had the car to drive 3 weeks out of 5 !!! And he took £620 from my refund to cover the 1500 miles I had done. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER CDA CAR SALES OLD CANTLEY AT ALL !!!!!
