Stay away! These are frausters
I bought a Nissan qashqai 2020 from this company. 6 days later everything started going terribly wrong. I took it to a garage and they picked numerous faults. I send the diagnostic video from the garage to AK Pro Drive. They told me they will pick the car up to fix it. It’s been 36 days now, they blocked my phone, when I call with a different phone number they will pick, as soon as they realise it’s me, they will hang up. I have now hired a lawyer to take up the case with them as my £13,000 is at stake. Please don’t make the same costly mistake like I do. I have contacted my bank which advised me to contact the police. I will do that too. They have now been served with a formal complaint letter. Now waiting for 14days before moving forward to next legal action. Formal Letter of Complaint: 2020 Nissan Qashqai 1.3 DIG-T Acenta Premium DCT Auto 5dr SUV Petrol AUTO. On 20Th of August 2021, I bought the above car from your company. On 26th of August 2021, [SIX] days after purchase, it developed a serious fault. These diagnostic faults, I have made you aware of throughs emails, text messages, telephone calls and videos. I have also forwarded the garage diagnostic check video showing all the listed faults to you. On the 6th of September, you said the car will be picked up to be fixed, since then no one has been in touch with me. My calls and emails and text messages are completely ignored. Section 9, 10 and 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 require you to supply goods of satisfactory quality, that are fit for purpose and which are as described. The problem described above shows there was an inherent defect in the car at the time of purchase. You are therefore in breach of contract. In these circumstances I am entitled to a repair or replacement. Please note that liability for substandard goods cannot be restricted or otherwise excluded, pursuant to s.31 of the Act, despite any terms and conditions to the contrary. To be clear, these rights act independently of any guarantee that may or may not have been provided in respect of the works. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remedies for breach of contract MUST be performed within a reasonable amount of time, without significant inconvenience to me, with you bearing all necessary costs. I have already sought legal advice from Which? Legal on this issue. I look forward to a satisfactory response within 14 days in response to this claim for a repair/replacement.
