Will not book my car for safety recall

I have a letter from Mercedes Benz advising that there may a fault that "could increase the risk of an accident. I have tried ringing the dealership twice, live chat, email enquiry, Mercedes Benz customer service and despite all these attempts to book my car in they will not communicate with me. Appalling.
