Incredible dealership, staff and car

I have had 4 Mini's before and my Son has a Mini, so when it came to upgraded, I knew exactly what I wanted spec wise. After searching online I found a Mini Convertible John Cooper (I've never had a John cooper works before) and the car looked amazing! The only downfall was the car was on the other side of the country so it meant blind buying online, which is always a risk. This Mini was in the exact colour and the exact spec I wanted. The only thing it didnt have which I wanted was the Union Jack lights - I've now had these fitted so the car is absolutely perfect for me. I don't usually deal with this sort of things I leave it down to my Husband, but I communicated with the salesman a lot, I was really comfortable dealing with them, they never patronised me, there was no hard selling pressure, the communicating was great. I couldn't have asked for a better service, it was brilliant and made so easy for me. I was really pleased to see that the car was sold exactly as it was, no hidden surprises at all. I have Covid currently so I've missed driving it the last few days, however, it looks very good on the drive 😍 I would happily recommend Better Performance to anybody looking to buy a new car, fantastic service and the most beautiful car!
