Amazing customer service and lovely car

I recently bought a car from All Right Autos and highly recommend them. After having a horrendous experience with a well known car dealership in Hull, where the car I bought had a major fault and I spent just over a year trying to get a refund, I was finally in a position where I could purchase another car. Understandably, I was very wary of the whole process, I didn’t feel I could trust anyone and I was so worried I would end up buying another car which was faulty. I live just around the corner from All Right Autos and saw a car that I was interested in, so I took my brother with me for his opinion and for some support. On arrival, Mike came out to speak to us and I instantly felt that he was a lovely, genuine and very trustworthy person. He couldn’t have been any more helpful and I really felt as though he genuinely cared about my situation, what had happened at the dealership, and making sure I was getting a safe car. After feeling so reluctant to buy another car, I definitely did not expect to find one so quickly, but the car was lovely and I felt I could really trust Mike, so I put down a deposit straight after the test drive. The customer service I received was fantastic, and Mike couldn’t have been more helpful. The process of getting the car was really fast, and Mike even allowed me to have the car early whilst I was still waiting to receive my refund from the dealership, as he knew we had been without a car for a long time. This meant so much to me. Mike even kindly dropped the car off for me too. I also want to mention Stacey who was also very lovely and helped the whole process run smoothly. I will not go anywhere else now that I have had such a great experience at All Right Autos and I will always recommend them. Next time we need another car, we will definitely be back.
