I recently bought a vehicle from James at Tones Garage in Hartlepool. He was so helpful and made the purchase very easy and straight forward. A couple of weeks into the purchase the car developed an issue and as soon as I reported it to James he was straight on it to sort it out for me. James involved Jonathan and everything was concluded very satisfactorily. I would recommend this garage as I beleive the most important thing for them is that the customer goes away happy and satisfied.
