Terrible attitude

I telephoned and booked an appointment to view a Land Rover Freelander. I arrived at the agreed time and looked at the car on the forecourt. I went inside the showroom and asked to view the service history file and was told “No, not until you’ve bought the car. You’ll just have to trust me.” Needless to say I got back in my own car and drove home. 3 hours of my life wasted.
