Very bad customer aftercare

We bought a brand Clio from them, it took weeks for them get the registered and have it ready for pick up even so car was in showroom. went to pick up car and it didn’t even have enough petrol to get home 20 miles even so we had email them several times to ask to make sure it was full of fuel anyway the car ran out of fuel before getting home, but they didn’t care we also ordered up mats and weeks later still never got them mats and they don’t answer any emails , the car came with marks over the roof which need machine polished out but heard nothing back at all They have really bad customer aftercare service I would not buy a car again from Mackie motors Brechin as very bad experience Ie they got the car money and now don’t care at all after that.
