The worst car buying experience

I was looking to switch to electric and spent about a month researching. In the end I decided to go with the Renault Zoe ZE40. I saw a battery owned one advertised at "Just EVs" Southampton branch so I called and within few hours I've had my finance sorted. After this my sales person disappeared and someone else started covering for him. At first it seemed everything was under control. So little I knew. Received an order saying the car will be delivered on 21/09/2021. Today after multiple attempts to speak to someone at the branch for an update I received a call saying the car now can't be delivered until Friday. They ran into a bit of a snag, you see. I've already sold my other car assuming the delivery date on the order will be met. I suggested I could arrange for a collection. Turns out the vehicle is not even in the branch. Nothing I can do about it and am now stuck without a car. Head office was useless coming up with 1001 excuses about preps, checks and the usual car dealers rubbish. I regret not going with Renault directly or someone more trustworthy like Drive Green. To sum it all up - poor service, dishonest and best avoided.
