Purchased a car Nov 2020. Not even done 4000 miles and brake pads had to be replaced. Complained to them and they didn't want to know unless I paid for it. Reckoned they gave the car a full service but not according to the garage where I ended up taking the car too. When you spend so much money on a car, get told its been given a full service with 12 months MOT, you don't expect to be replacing anything especially when I do less than 20miles a week, not even had the car 10months yet. All Perrys want is to take your money!!!! They are not interested if anything goes wrong. Would NEVER, EVER buy anything from them again. Shoddy service from start to finish. Incorrect mileage quoted in the sale of the car....think they said it was 29K miles, more like 31K miles on the meter. Promised to send the service history book but what a surprise - still waiting for this!!! People - seriously - go elsewhere
