What a shambles

I came here for a service and mot I was told on the phone expect two for it too take. I’m not from the area and don’t get many days off so 2 hours was ok. However on arrival I was told it will take 7 hours witch has just spoil all my plans for the day. When I arrived I got told I could of had a pick up drop of service witch would of suited me but I was told it was too late for this. While in the waiting room staff was shouting at each other in-front of customers as well. Shocking
