Avoid at all costs

We bought a car from here having full faith that we were making the correct decision, my partner was over the moon and bought his car from here. Driving it off, very smitten. We noticed a few little problems here and there but thought nothing of it as some cars have some technical errors but doesn’t mean the car is faulty, a week later we went to drive back home to Suffolk which is a 3 hour drive. We set off and started noticing that the car had zero power, it was struggling badly. We were baring on the motorway at this point half way home. Luckily I said “let’s go to a services” honestly someone must have been looking down on us because just as we were pulling into the services the whole car shut down, the brakes seized and so did the clutch etc. The car wasn’t moving. The engine started ticking too. I had at the time my 6 month old daughter in the car! If this had happened on the motorway we would of been dead! I instantly went back to the garage who said the only thing they would do is exchange the car for a new one, we couldn’t afford going to court so took the easy option- mistake number 2!! 2 weeks later this car decides to break down. Meaning we have had this car sitting on our driveway now for 3 months!? Because we aren’t able to do anything with it. This garage is appalling. We thought it couldn’t get any worse until we started receiving parking tickets to our house, we got confused. The old car we exchanged had been sold without us being notified so we couldn’t send the log book off! So now we have £400 worth of parking tickets. Disgusting. I wish I could give it zero stars.
