No customer service, just rude!
I recently went to NCC to look at a car and was spoken to in a very hostile manner. I felt very uncomfortable, it was as though they didn't want my custom and had no interest in any kind of polite conversation. I decided to think about the potential purchase as parting with my monies to a company who was seemingly ungrateful wasn't sitting comfortably. However, I was satisfied with the vehicle and decided to call back the same day to make a purchase. I was told that they get charged a 2% fee for credit cards and so wanted a bank transfer instead. Unfortunately when I expressed this was not agreeable, I was told 'okay, no problem' in a very sarcastic and rude way and so it ended there. I would certainly not visit again.
