Disappointing

Whilst Cameron was professional, friendly and polite. The ‘man in charge’ was inflexible and seemed only able to say no. He did not even come to say no to me in person! Whether that’s because I am a woman or they just didn’t want to make a sale - I am unsure. Part exchange is offered but my car was not suitable for them, despite being immaculate and low mileage. Again disappointing. Left feeling extremely disheartened and disappointed. I would not recommend Pinewood, as buying a car should be a positive event with a connection with the car company. Perhaps I’m just old fashioned!
