Absolutely Appalled!

Shocking service with typical sales gimmick, Happy to sell you the products, but have no care when they are faulty. My poor elderly Mum, has now been without a car for 3 weeks! With no sign of any help or compensation. After she called me up in tears, I got in contact myself, I spoke to the supervisor Andrew who was as useful as a chocolate fireguard! This issue still hasn't been resolved and its coming up to a month now. The Car is now costing hundreds and thousands to fix because of this woeful company. My advice... STAY CLEAR
