Bought a Vauxhall Astra from Parsonage Car Sales, and on 1st glance everything seemed fine. But 10 days after my purchase I had a problem with the car not starting. I wasn't to worried as my car was still well with the dealers 28 day warranty. HOW WRONG I WAS!!!!!!!! The dealer was obnoxious over the phone to me from the moment I said "faulty car in warranty". I said "I think the battery or the alternator has gone", the obnoxious member of staff at Parsonage Car Sales replied: "where have they gone???". And then quickly said "they're now under warranty anyway". I won't be buying another car from Parsonage Car Sales. My advice to you is to avoid Parsonage car sales (and if you read the other reviews I'm not the only one offering this advice).
