Outstanding Service

Rarely in business do you find individuals that really understand the "Life Time Value of a Customer". I feel the service team and especially Lewis have this understanding. Although I had a repeat air conditioning problem on an S Class I found the level of communication, genuine care, solutions in replacement car, preparation of my car exemplary. From what should have been a negative mark against the car and brand not just neutralised but turned into a positive experience of brand loyalty.
