Awful customer service no aftercare

Purchased a car which after 14 months developed an air bag fault. It was allegedly fixed but fault came back not once but twice. They were unable to fix the fault and I was made to feel a burden to them in the end. I still have the email from a so called customer service manager worded very unprofessionally. Paid over £150 in diagnostics which still didn’t resolve issue. All I wanted was to travel with my family in a safe car. £20,000 surely gives you that right, wrong! Swanson in the end we’re not interested in that what so ever and in the end tried to lose the paperwork with took over 7 days to find. Took the fault to a local independent who have fixed the problem and were also shocked at my experience. Would not recommend this company to anyone from my experiences and wouldn’t want anyone to go through what I have been through. Look elsewhere!!
