Excellent customer service in a crisis

This review is on behalf of my Chief Executive. She is the head of the Trade Association for all Franchised Car dealers in the UK. Recently she developed a tyre issue with her BMW and was in the area at the weekend. Partridge BMW went out of their way to look after her, provide a courtesy car, constantly in contact and extremely friendly service. No one at Partridge new who she was but she spoke glowingly about the levels of service. Highly recommended.
