Bad service

Bought an Audi for £8000. The car was meant to be all polished ready for the collection day, but it wasn't. A few days after tyres went flat. Pumped them and went flat again. Air con didn't work. Had to go there twice to sort the issue out. After a couple of months the air con doesn't work again and all I was told is that they are very sorry that I feel disappointed!! Surely don't recommend
