Appallingly bad customer service. I'm still waiting for a callback after 5 days (having in the meantime prompted them three times and followed up with an email). The salesperson was arrogant and stroppy when I wouldn't provide my full details (for an enquiry) over the phone. They claim to not be outdone on price but then add £100 to the cost of the car to cover insurance claim checks and credit checks on the car - which can be done for £15 through RAC and AA. They are NOT interested in offering a service, just flogging cars.
