Great Service

We recently bought a used car from Criteria Cars. Loved the car, but after only a day or so the air-con failed. I rang them about the problem, and we couldn't have had a better response. They had it diagnosed, and found that a part needed replacing. A few days later, the car was returned for repair (which took the whole morning) and they gave us the use of their pool car so we could have a look around Ely. This must have made quite a cut into their profit, but there was never a quibble. I've never had better service after buying a second-hand car. They even washed the car!
