My experience was above and beyond all expectations from a car dealership (Harwoods Coulsdon). I had a simple issue that no one else seemed to know how to fix but a lovely young man named Patryk solved the issue in seconds. I had been too 2 other Land Rover dealerships and basically fobbed off and made to feel like my custom was not valued. So when I got to hardwoods I wasn’t particularly hopeful. However, Patryk was so helpful and friendly and explained so many things that no other dealership could be bothered to do. Despite the current climate in the industry he took his time and went through everything I needed to know. He reassured me about my concerns with clear coherent explanations and gave practical advice and not just a sales pitch. He was genuine and delivered exceptional customer service !
