Misleading and don’t respond to rmails

The advert said service history and 2 keys. Actually, the bike is 5 years old and only had 1 service. It only came with 1 key. We raised this when bike was delivered but heard nothing. Subsequently, we raised via email - no answer. After 5 months we had to send off to DVLA as no log book received. I would not recommend them.
