Poor after support
I recently bought a polo and have to say the service was good from Peter. The car had a red oil light on when test driving it butvwas resaaurred this would be all sorted. After having the car for three weeks whilst driving it on a long journey the yellow engine light came on and the car lost acceleration and when coming to a stop kept cutting out. I had to wait a week to fit it into a garage that was RAC under the warranty. The warranty only covered one part and was left with the balance to pay. Received rude emails from them promised phone calls back and refused to pay the balance. I would buy from them with caution. This happened within 30 days of buying the car and would not recommend them based on the lack of care after buying a car that develops a fault quickly.
