Painful experience

Very efficient service when I test drove an almost new A5 convertible. I rang to say that I would accept their trade in for my Audi and would buy the A5. Ryan rang back the next day (Tuesday) to say that he and his used sales manager would ring me on the Wednesday. No call, so I rang on the Friday. The car price had gone up by £4000 (due an internal "admin-level" error) and the car wasn't available for 3 months. No apologies at all during the call. I was made to feel that it was my fault. It feels like the Tesla business model with no dealerships would be better for all car buyers. In other words omit the "middleman".
