AVOID THIS MERCEDES!!! Untrustworthy scamming salesman who sold me a clocked car! I bought a 2018 Mercedes A class from here in feb 2020 with mileage at 1800 and when the logbook arrived it had 4 previous owners and the colour was wrong. I contacted the salesman James O’Connor and was told this is a mistake, the car only has 1 previous owner and he would sort the problem. Lockdown then happened and I didn’t hear anything, I contacted Harry Charalambous, and was told James knew the logbook was wrong for the car and he couldn’t help me. I sent the logbook to DVLA, the investigated and told me 4 previous owners was correct. Then Feb 2021 the paint started peeling off the car, it had come to light the car had previous accidental damage that I was not informed of. I then proceeded to do a HPI check on this vehicle to which I discovered a mileage discrepancy, the mileage on this car was 18,500 and when I purchased it was 1800. I contacted Mercedes head office, to which I was told Waltham Cross branch will deal with this. I was in contact with Harry Charalambous (sales manager) who couldn’t of been less help and then started to ignore me which left me no choice to involve trading standards as it was clear I was mis sold this vehicle.
