AVOID!!!

With my partner about to be deployed and a baby on the way it was time to purchase a bigger car, I found what seemed to be a perfect vehicle on auto trader. I had my partner phone this company to see about booking a viewing, unfortunately they did not answer. After leaving it a while we tried to call again a further two times only to have a male answer the phone in a utterly disgusting tone " YOUVE PHONED ME 4 TIMES IN THE LAST HOUR, IDIOT" call disconnected. Well what a horrible way to speak to someone let alone a paying customer! Of course we left a review on auto trader to warn people that whomever answered the phone had absolutly no bedside manner. Well 3 days later my partner recieves an incredibly unprofessional and abusive phone call regarding the review left (swearing and insults are just icing on the bad business cake). The review was then removed by the company (cant handle criticism). I never leave negative reviews but this really was not on! We phoned a business number to do business and got abuse! After looking at other reviews it is clear to see they are quick to blame shift and at times even blame other companies in place of their own! You need not reply to this review as you have so many before, take the review on the chin, as all other PROFESSIONAL businesses would, and work on your telephone manner. Lockdown has been hard on all of us, but the majority seem to have remembered common courtesy and good etiquette. We found a car elsewhere, with a business who knows when you advertise a number people tend to call it.
