Fantastic customer service

I have dealt with Lightcliffe Skoda for 3 years. They are the best car dealers I have dealt with in over 50 years of driving. The team are unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful without putting pressure on you. They offer a great deal, and after sale service is second to none. The showroom is always immaculate. The Service Department are really caring and helpful. Sadly I have today given up my car due to age and health. Liam the manager was so kind and helpful and made the process very easy. Thank you to all the staff. Keep up the good work. I'm sorry Promise wasn't in to say goodbye. He is such an asset to the company. .
