Dishonest, bikes are not cared for

***Don't buy from here.*** So I called about a zx10r a few months back, was told all fluids replaced and a new battery fitted. After a few months the battery has failed, so I called being that it was a new battery to get it replaced under the warranty. Then I'm informed they haven't used the supplier of that battery in a while making this new old stock or used that was laying about. They said they'll contact the supplier to check the warranty, but didn't tell me they'd heard back until I called. Refused to replace the "new" battery. They did offer one at trade price but that's not the point I was told this was new. Also no offer of delivery being the bike they'd sold me had died and they are in the middle of nowhere. Initially I was really happy with the bike, it was low miles. The price wasn't too bad however the dishonesty with saying this battery was new and then not calling back about the warranty leaves a bad taste. Spending £8600 and they cheap out on the battery.
