MY DEPOSIT

This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever come across. Keep in mind I am from London so the travel to Liverpool was over 5hours. I called aintree garages 3 weeks ago and put a deposit over the phone only to get a call back after 10 minutes saying it’s been sold the following Monday I found another car and you guessed it that has also been sold so why are cars still advertised after being sold unless they intend on keeping the deposit they should have handled this matter swiftly but instead make excuses that they’re payroll/accountant didn’t come to work for the week and that she done it on the Saturday so it won’t reach my account till next Friday latest it’s now the following Saturday they are not replying to my emails I work a lot so I can’t keep calling in now I have to hire legal aid in order to get back my money DO NOT do business with aintree garages
